Where Home Meets Nature
Casa Mori brings together the culinary perspectives of Singapore and Spain in a setting designed for slowing down and sharing good company.
Its name reflects this spirit: Casa, meaning home in Spanish, and Mori (森), the Japanese word for forest. Together, they represent a home immersed in nature — a place to gather, unwind, and enjoy time well spent.

"A space designed for slowing down, sharing good company, and enjoying time well spent."
Designed by award-winning Singapore studio PRODUCE, Casa Mori was conceived as a meeting point between Spanish warmth and Singapore's lush natural surroundings.
Inspired by the communal courtyards often found in Spanish homes, the space encourages connection and a sense of togetherness. Mirrors, inspired by the windows overlooking these shared courtyards, reinforce this sense of community, while Tembusu trees — synonymous with Dempsey — inspired the sculptural benches that run through the restaurant.
Together, these elements create an atmosphere that is welcoming, unhurried, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
A Dialogue of Flavours
Casa Mori is the collaboration of Chef Willin Low and Chef José Alonso, two chefs whose journeys have been shaped by a deep respect for ingredients, culture, and hospitality. Their menu draws from the flavours and memories that have influenced them throughout their careers, creating dishes that feel both familiar and unexpected. Rather than blending cuisines, Casa Mori celebrates the natural conversation between different culinary traditions.
At Casa Mori, their worlds align. The menu is not a simple fusion, but a thoughtful dialogue between Spanish tradition and Singaporean heritage. Familiar local flavors are cooked with Iberian techniques, resulting in unique plates that evoke both nostalgia and surprise.
